Your expertise will be vital in conducting risk assessments, vulnerability assessments, and incident response, as well as developing policies and protocols that safeguard our digital assets.

As the Cyber Security Technical Lead, you will collaborate closely with IT and other departments to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive approach to security. You will be tasked with staying up-to-date with the latest cyber security trends and technologies, providing training and mentorship to junior staff, and presenting security updates to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of security frameworks, and hands-on experience with security tools and technologies. A proven track record in threat detection, mitigation strategies, and incident management is essential.

To be considered for this role, you should hold a relevant degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, or a related field, along with industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH. You should have at least 5 years of experience in cyber security, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership position. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are crucial, as you will be engaging with various teams and stakeholders.
