In this role, you will be responsible for assessing and enhancing the security posture of our organization through rigorous risk assessments, audits, and compliance checks. You will collaborate closely with IT and security teams to develop, implement, and maintain cybersecurity policies and procedures that align with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Your expertise will be critical in identifying vulnerabilities within our systems, conducting penetration tests, and providing actionable recommendations to mitigate risks.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in cybersecurity principles and practices, with a proven track record of managing risk assessments and compliance initiatives. You will lead the development of security training programs for staff to foster a culture of security awareness across the organization. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring security incidents, investigating breaches, and preparing incident reports to communicate findings and implications to senior management. A Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field, along with relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA, is required. Strong analytical skills and a meticulous approach to problem-solving will be essential in this role.
