In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining cybersecurity policies and compliance frameworks. You will conduct thorough assessments of existing policies to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Your analytical skills will be essential in identifying potential risks and recommending appropriate mitigation strategies to enhance our overall security posture.

Your key responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of compliance initiatives, conducting regular audits and assessments, and staying updated on the latest cybersecurity trends and regulations. You will also be tasked with preparing comprehensive reports for stakeholders, providing insights into compliance status, and advocating for best practices in cybersecurity policies. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be expected to present findings and recommendations clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or similar standards, along with experience in risk management and compliance assessments. A degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred, along with relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA.
