We are seeking an experienced Operational Technology (OT) Cyber Security Sr. Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing robust cybersecurity strategies for our operational technology systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and mitigate risks, ensuring the integrity and security of our industrial control systems (ICS) and supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems. Your expertise will be pivotal in leading vulnerability assessments, incident response planning, and security architecture design, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of OT environments, including PLCs, DCS, and HMI systems, along with a deep knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and IEC 62443. You will conduct security audits and risk assessments, develop and maintain security policies, and provide training to staff on best practices for OT cybersecurity. Additionally, you will stay abreast of emerging threats and vulnerabilities while contributing to the continuous improvement of security measures. A Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field, along with relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GICSP, is required. We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity within OT environments, who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced setting, and is committed to ensuring the safety and security of our operations.
