We are seeking a skilled Operational Technology (OT) Cyber Security Systems Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining security measures for operational technology systems across various industrial environments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify vulnerabilities, assess risk, and develop strategies to mitigate potential cyber threats to critical infrastructure. Your expertise will guide the integration of security protocols into OT systems while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key responsibilities include conducting regular security assessments and audits, responding to security incidents, and developing incident response plans tailored to OT environments. You will collaborate with IT and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of security solutions and provide training to staff on best practices for cybersecurity. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA systems, and network security principles, along with proficiency in security tools and technologies specific to OT environments. A relevant degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field, along with industry certifications such as CISSP or CISM, is preferred.
