We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Programme Manager - Cyber to lead and oversee our cybersecurity initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive cybersecurity programs to protect our organization’s critical assets. You will coordinate with various stakeholders, including IT teams, compliance officers, and executive management, to ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements. Your leadership will be crucial in identifying potential threats, establishing risk management strategies, and driving continuous improvement in our cybersecurity posture.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and best practices. You will be tasked with defining program scope, goals, and deliverables, as well as managing project timelines and budgets. Your responsibilities will also include conducting regular assessments of security controls, facilitating incident response drills, and ensuring effective communication and training for staff on cybersecurity policies and procedures. A proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously is essential for success in this role.

To qualify, you should have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with relevant certifications such as PMP, CISSP, or CISM. A minimum of 5 years' experience in cybersecurity project management is required, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Strong analytical skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are key attributes we are looking for.
