We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Cyber Security Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust security frameworks to protect our organization’s information and technology assets. You will lead advanced security assessments, conduct threat analyses, and develop comprehensive risk management strategies. Your expertise will guide the implementation of security protocols and best practices while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate solutions, contributing to the development of a security-conscious culture within the organization.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of cyber security principles, including network security, application security, and incident response. You should have experience with security architecture design and a proven track record of managing complex security projects. Key responsibilities include monitoring and analyzing network traffic for suspicious activity, leading incident response efforts, and providing security training and awareness programs for employees. A relevant certification such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH is highly desirable. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential as you will be mentoring junior staff and liaising with executive management to present security recommendations and updates.
