We are seeking a dedicated Cyber Standards Advisor to join our team, responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining cybersecurity standards and policies. In this role, you will conduct thorough assessments of current cybersecurity practices and ensure compliance with national and international regulations. You will collaborate with various departments to identify potential security risks and recommend effective strategies to mitigate them. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of information security principles and be able to communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Your key responsibilities will include drafting and updating cybersecurity policies, conducting training sessions to promote awareness of cybersecurity standards, and providing expert advice on best practices. You will also be tasked with monitoring the effectiveness of implemented policies and making necessary adjustments based on emerging threats and vulnerabilities. A successful Cyber Standards Advisor will demonstrate exceptional analytical skills and possess the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in cybersecurity, information technology, or a related field, along with relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or ISO 27001. A minimum of five years of experience in cybersecurity or a related area is required, with a proven track record in policy development and compliance management.
