We are seeking an Identity & Access Management Platform professional to support the design, delivery, and ongoing improvement of secure, scalable access services across a complex technology environment. In this role, you will help shape the platform roadmap, strengthen identity governance, and ensure that colleagues, customers, applications, and technical services have appropriate access at the right time. You will work closely with security, infrastructure, engineering, architecture, risk, and business teams to deliver reliable solutions aligned with organisational policies and regulatory expectations.

Your responsibilities will include administering and enhancing identity and access management platforms, supporting joiner, mover, and leaver processes, and implementing role-based access control, privileged access management, single sign-on, and multi-factor authentication capabilities. You will contribute to the integration of cloud and on-premises applications, manage identity lifecycle workflows, and help establish effective access reviews and approval processes. The role will also involve monitoring platform performance, investigating incidents, resolving service issues, maintaining technical documentation, and identifying opportunities to automate manual activities. You will participate in architecture and change reviews, support audit requests, and promote secure-by-design principles across technology delivery.

The successful candidate will have practical experience working with identity and access management technologies and a strong understanding of authentication, authorisation, directory services, federation protocols, and access governance. Experience with standards such as SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP, and SCIM is desirable, along with familiarity with cloud identity services, scripting, APIs, and infrastructure automation. You should be comfortable analysing complex problems, communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and managing priorities in a changing environment. A structured, collaborative approach, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to security, compliance, and continuous improvement are essential. Relevant professional certifications or equivalent hands-on experience would be advantageous.
