We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Data Protection Coordinator to support the effective management of data protection and privacy activities across the organisation. The successful candidate will help ensure that personal information is handled lawfully, securely and transparently, in line with applicable data protection legislation, internal policies and recognised best practice. This is an opportunity to contribute to a culture of accountability while working with colleagues across a range of business functions.

Key responsibilities will include maintaining records of processing activities, coordinating responses to data subject rights requests and supporting the review of privacy notices, data protection impact assessments and information-sharing arrangements. You will assist with the investigation and documentation of personal data breaches, monitor actions arising from compliance reviews and help maintain accurate records of data protection enquiries and decisions. The role will also involve supporting data protection training and awareness activities, preparing reports and guidance, and helping to ensure that policies, procedures and retention arrangements remain current and effective.

Applicants should have experience in data protection, information governance, compliance, records management or a closely related area, together with a good understanding of relevant privacy principles and legislation. Excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities are essential. You should be confident handling sensitive and confidential information, communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical colleagues, and providing practical, proportionate advice. Experience using case management, document management or compliance monitoring systems would be advantageous. A relevant professional qualification or certification in data protection or information governance is desirable, but equivalent practical experience will also be considered.

We are seeking an IT Security Analyst to help protect technology systems, data, and users from evolving cyber threats. This role will support the monitoring, investigation, and improvement of security controls across the organisation’s IT environment. The successful candidate will work closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to identify risks, respond to incidents, and promote secure working practices.

Key responsibilities will include monitoring security alerts and events, investigating suspected incidents, and supporting timely containment, remediation, and recovery activities. You will assist with vulnerability assessments, security testing, patch management, access reviews, and the maintenance of security policies, procedures, and technical documentation. The role will also involve analysing logs and threat intelligence, contributing to risk assessments, supporting audit and compliance requirements, and helping to improve incident response processes. You may be required to coordinate with internal teams and external security providers when addressing threats or implementing improvements.
