A minimum of 8 years of experience in information security or related fields, along with relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH, is required. You should have a proven track record of leading security projects and initiatives, as well as experience with security frameworks such as NIST or ISO 27001. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as the ability to communicate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
