Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential, as you will serve as the primary point of contact for infrastructure-related inquiries and incidents.

To be considered for this position, you should have a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CCSP. A minimum of five years of experience in ICT infrastructure and security management is required, with at least two years in a leadership role.
