We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cyber Security and Compliance Analyst (PHCA) to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our organization adheres to all relevant cybersecurity regulations and compliance requirements. Your primary duties will include conducting risk assessments, developing and implementing security policies, and monitoring our systems for compliance with industry standards. You will serve as a key resource for identifying vulnerabilities and recommending appropriate security measures to protect our sensitive data and information assets.
As a Cyber Security and Compliance Analyst, you will work closely with IT teams and management to develop and maintain a comprehensive compliance program that aligns with regulatory requirements such as GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining documentation related to compliance processes, conducting audits, and preparing reports for stakeholders. Additionally, you will provide training and support to staff on cybersecurity best practices and compliance protocols. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, and the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively to a non-technical audience.
To be successful in this role, you should have a bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field, along with relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in cybersecurity or compliance is required. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks will be essential for your success.
