In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the integrity, security, and accessibility of our organization's data through effective management of user identities and access privileges. Your primary responsibilities will include designing, implementing, and managing IAM solutions, as well as conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with security policies and regulations. You will collaborate with various departments to assess access needs and streamline processes, contributing to a secure and efficient workflow. Additionally, you will monitor IAM systems for vulnerabilities and respond to incidents in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IAM frameworks, protocols, and best practices, along with hands-on experience with IAM tools and technologies. You should be proficient in programming and scripting languages, as well as possess knowledge of identity governance and administration, single sign-on (SSO), and multi-factor authentication (MFA). A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred, along with relevant certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM). Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are essential for success in this role.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Cyber Security Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing robust security solutions to protect our organization’s data and infrastructure. You will conduct risk assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and implement security measures to safeguard our information systems. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will design security protocols, monitor networks for security breaches, and respond to incidents efficiently and effectively. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, as well as in educating staff on best security practices.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cyber security, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required, along with relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH. Proficiency in security frameworks, intrusion detection systems, firewalls, and vulnerability assessment tools is essential. You should possess excellent problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to communicate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
