To succeed in this position, you should possess a solid understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards, such as ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a cybersecurity role is required, along with proficiency in security tools such as firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems, and antivirus software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as the ability to communicate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred, along with relevant certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH.
