We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Security Operational Centre Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and responding to security incidents to ensure the safety and integrity of our systems and data. You will collaborate closely with the security operations team to implement and maintain security technologies, including intrusion detection systems, firewalls, and SIEM tools. Additionally, you will play a key role in developing incident response plans, conducting threat assessments, and providing recommendations for continuous improvement of security measures.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of security best practices and frameworks, along with experience in incident management and threat hunting. You should have a background in network security, vulnerability management, and risk assessment. Proficiency in scripting languages and familiarity with various operating systems are essential. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are required, as well as the ability to communicate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders. A relevant certification such as CISSP, CEH, or Security+ will be considered a significant advantage.
