We are seeking a skilled Azure Security Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining security measures for our cloud-based systems on the Microsoft Azure platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of our data and applications. Your primary duties will include conducting security assessments, implementing security policies, and monitoring for potential security threats. You will also assist in incident response and remediation efforts, as well as provide training and awareness programs for our staff on best security practices.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Azure services, cloud security best practices, and compliance frameworks. You should have experience with Azure Security Center, Azure Active Directory, and other relevant Azure tools. A solid background in network security, identity management, and vulnerability assessment is essential. Furthermore, proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python, as well as familiarity with security information and event management (SIEM) tools, will be highly advantageous. Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate or equivalent are preferred.
