We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cyber Security Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring our organization’s network for security breaches and investigating violations when they occur. You will conduct vulnerability assessments, perform penetration testing, and implement security measures to safeguard sensitive data. Your ability to analyze security incidents and develop thorough reports will be crucial in enhancing our security protocols. Collaborating with IT teams, you will assist in the development and implementation of security policies, procedures, and best practices to protect our digital assets.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and other security technologies. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell, along with familiarity with security frameworks like NIST or ISO 27001, is essential. You will also need to keep up to date with the latest security trends and threats, ensuring that our organization remains compliant with relevant regulations. A Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, or a related field, along with relevant certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+, is highly desirable.
