We are seeking a highly skilled Control Systems Engineer (Cyber Security Lead) to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of secure control systems across various platforms. Your expertise will help drive the integration of cybersecurity measures into our control system architecture, ensuring the reliability and integrity of our operations. You will conduct risk assessments, develop security protocols, and ensure compliance with industry standards, including NIST and IEC 62443. This position requires a deep understanding of both control systems engineering and cybersecurity best practices.

Your key responsibilities will include developing and enforcing security policies, conducting vulnerability assessments, and overseeing incident response planning. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify security risks and implement effective countermeasures. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating documentation and training materials for staff on cybersecurity practices related to control systems. As the Cyber Security Lead, you will also stay abreast of the latest threats and technologies in the field, ensuring that our systems are resilient against evolving cyber risks. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be liaising with stakeholders at all levels to promote security awareness and adherence to protocols.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, along with at least five years of experience in control systems engineering and cybersecurity. Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are strongly preferred.
