To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field, along with relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or ISO 27001. A minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity or regulatory compliance is required, with a strong focus on operational technologies. Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills are essential, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
