In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our organization adheres to industry regulations and internal policies regarding information security. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting regular compliance audits, identifying security gaps, and recommending strategies to mitigate risks. You will also be tasked with developing and maintaining compliance documentation, including policies, procedures, and reports, to ensure a robust security posture across the organization. Collaboration with various departments will be essential as you provide guidance on security best practices and help implement compliance programs.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of information security frameworks, such as NIST, ISO 27001, or PCI-DSS, and have experience in risk assessment methodologies. You should be skilled in analyzing security controls and be proficient in compliance reporting. A bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field is preferred, alongside at least 2 years of experience in a compliance or security role. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders are essential. Certifications such as CISA, CISSP, or CISM will be considered a significant advantage.
