You will also collaborate with IT teams to design and enforce security policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of network security protocols, firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and data encryption technologies. Proficiency in security tools and methodologies, along with experience in penetration testing and vulnerability assessments, is essential. You should also have a background in incident response and threat analysis, enabling you to identify and mitigate potential security breaches effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure are crucial, as well as excellent communication skills to convey complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred, along with relevant certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or CISM.
