We are seeking an experienced IT and Cyber Governance Lead to oversee and enhance our information technology governance framework. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining policies and procedures that ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of our information assets. You will work closely with various stakeholders to align IT strategies with business objectives, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Key responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, managing IT audits, and providing guidance on best practices for IT governance and cybersecurity.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT governance, risk management, and cybersecurity, with a proven track record of leading teams and driving initiatives. You should possess excellent analytical skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. A relevant degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field is required, along with industry certifications such as CISM, CISSP, or equivalent. Experience in managing security frameworks and familiarity with compliance standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, or GDPR will be highly advantageous.
