We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Identity and Access Control Analyst to join our dynamic cybersecurity team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring user access privileges across our systems, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Your primary duties will include conducting regular access reviews, implementing role-based access controls, and troubleshooting any access-related issues. You will collaborate with IT and business units to define user access requirements and assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring that access is granted or revoked in a timely manner.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of identity and access management (IAM) principles, along with experience in IAM tools and technologies. You should have a background in information security, risk management, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in security frameworks, such as NIST or ISO 27001, is highly desirable. Additionally, you will be expected to stay current with emerging trends in cybersecurity and identity management, providing insights and recommendations for enhancing our access control mechanisms.

We are seeking a skilled Identity and Access Control Analyst to join our dynamic cybersecurity team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the identity and access management (IAM) processes across our organization. Your primary duties will include implementing and maintaining identity governance policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and managing user access rights to critical systems and applications. You will also conduct regular audits of access controls, identify potential security risks, and recommend improvements to enhance our security posture.
To succeed in this position, you should possess a deep understanding of IAM technologies, as well as experience with multi-factor authentication, single sign-on solutions, and role-based access controls. You will work closely with IT teams to support user provisioning and de-provisioning processes, while also providing training and guidance on best practices for access management. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential, as you will be responsible for analyzing access control incidents and developing incident response strategies. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with relevant certifications (such as CISSP, CISM, or IAM-specific credentials) is preferred.
