We are seeking a skilled ICS / OT Cyber Security Engineer to join our dynamic team and enhance our cybersecurity posture within industrial control systems and operational technology environments. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of security measures that protect critical infrastructure. You will conduct risk assessments, vulnerability assessments, and security audits to identify potential threats and devise remediation strategies. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that all operational technology systems align with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Your expertise will be essential in developing and enforcing security policies, procedures, and best practices. You will also play a key role in incident response and recovery efforts, investigating security breaches and implementing corrective actions. Monitoring network traffic and analyzing security alerts will be part of your daily responsibilities to ensure the integrity and availability of systems. Additionally, you will provide training and guidance to staff on security awareness and best practices to foster a culture of cybersecurity throughout the organization.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in ICS/OT cybersecurity, with a solid understanding of networking, security protocols, and risk management frameworks. Proficiency in security technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and endpoint protection, is crucial. A relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with certifications such as CISSP, GICSP, or CISM, will be highly regarded.
