We are seeking a skilled Group IT Operations and Security Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure while ensuring the highest levels of security. You will implement and monitor security measures to safeguard sensitive data, identifying and addressing vulnerabilities within the system. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and security compliance.

Your duties will include conducting regular security assessments, responding to incidents, and providing technical support to users across various departments. You will be expected to stay updated with the latest security trends and technologies, recommending improvements and upgrades to our current systems. Additionally, you will work on troubleshooting network issues, managing backups, and ensuring data integrity. Strong communication skills are essential as you will interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to promote security awareness and training.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in IT operations, network security, and system administration. A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred, along with relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+. Experience with cloud platforms and a strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks will be an added advantage.
