We are seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Operations Manager for the EMEA region to lead our cybersecurity initiatives and ensure the safety and integrity of our systems and data. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing robust security strategies, managing incident response processes, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the cybersecurity team. You will collaborate with various departments to identify vulnerabilities, assess risks, and establish protocols to mitigate threats, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

You will oversee the analysis of security incidents, coordinate response efforts, and provide leadership during security events. To qualify, you should possess relevant certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, or similar, and have a minimum of five years of experience in cybersecurity operations, with at least two years in a managerial role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with a proactive approach to security management, are critical.
