We are seeking a highly motivated Cyber Essentials Security Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining Cyber Essentials standards within the organization. Your primary duties will include conducting risk assessments, identifying vulnerabilities, and developing security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations. You will work closely with IT teams to establish and enhance security measures, as well as provide guidance on best practices to protect sensitive information and systems.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will be required to deliver training sessions and workshops to educate staff on cybersecurity awareness and the importance of adhering to established security protocols. You will also play a crucial role in incident response planning, assisting in the investigation of security breaches, and implementing corrective actions. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to communicate complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications include a background in cybersecurity, familiarity with Cyber Essentials accreditation processes, and relevant certifications such as CompTIA Security+, ISO 27001, or equivalent. A minimum of three years of experience in a cybersecurity role is preferred.
