We are seeking an experienced Associate Director for IT Asset Management within the Cyber, Extended Enterprise, Defence & Security, and Government and Public Sector sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the IT asset lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal of IT resources. You will lead a team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, developing and implementing policies, processes, and best practices to optimize asset utilization and minimize risks. Additionally, you will work collaboratively with other departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of IT asset management frameworks. You will be expected to analyze existing asset management processes, providing insights and recommendations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will serve as a key liaison between technical teams, project managers, and external stakeholders. A proven track record in managing complex IT asset portfolios, along with experience in cybersecurity and risk management, is highly desirable. A relevant degree and professional certifications in IT asset management or cybersecurity will be considered an advantage.
