We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Protection Officer (75B) to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring our compliance with data protection laws and regulations. Your primary duties will include developing, implementing, and maintaining our data protection policies and procedures, as well as conducting regular audits to assess the effectiveness of these measures. You will serve as the point of contact for data protection inquiries and be responsible for training staff on best practices in data protection and privacy. Additionally, you will work closely with IT and legal teams to address any data breaches and to implement necessary remedial actions.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of GDPR and other relevant data protection regulations, along with proven experience in a data protection or compliance role. Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex legal concepts in a clear and concise manner are essential. A bachelor’s degree in law, information technology, or a related field, along with relevant certifications such as CIPP/E or CIPM, is highly desirable.
