We are seeking an experienced InfoSec Lead to join our team and spearhead our information security initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing robust security policies, standards, and procedures to safeguard our data and systems. You will lead risk assessments and vulnerability assessments, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential, as you will work closely with IT, compliance, and operational departments to promote a culture of security awareness throughout the organization.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in information security, with experience in incident response, security architecture, and risk management. You should have a deep understanding of security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS controls. Additionally, relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are highly desirable. The InfoSec Lead will also oversee the security operations team, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure the continuous improvement of security practices. Excellent communication skills are crucial, as you will be responsible for reporting security metrics to senior management and providing training to staff at all levels.
