Security / Customer Services Officer (ref FAL38)
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Security / Customer Services Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises while delivering exceptional customer service to all visitors and staff. Your duties will include monitoring access points, conducting regular patrols of the facility, and responding promptly to any incidents or emergencies. You will also be tasked with maintaining accurate records of all activities and incidents, as well as assisting in the implementation of safety protocols and procedures.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude, enabling you to effectively interact with diverse groups. A background in security or customer service is preferred, along with the ability to remain calm under pressure. You should be physically fit, as the role may require you to stand for extended periods and perform routine physical checks. Additionally, you must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to ensure continuous coverage. A valid security license and first aid certification are advantageous but not mandatory.
