We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Cyber Security to lead our organization's cybersecurity initiatives. In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive security programs to protect our information systems and data assets. You will oversee a team of cybersecurity professionals, ensuring that appropriate measures are in place to prevent, detect, and respond to security incidents. Your expertise will guide the creation of security policies, standards, and procedures, while also fostering a culture of security awareness across the organization.
Key responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, vulnerability assessments, and security audits to identify and mitigate potential threats. You will collaborate with IT and business units to design and implement security controls and incident response plans, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards. The Senior Manager will also be tasked with monitoring and analyzing security incidents, providing recommendations for improvements, and reporting on security metrics to senior leadership. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will present findings and strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or similar. A minimum of 7 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a proven track record in a managerial role, is required. You should possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of security technologies, and the ability to lead and motivate a team.
