Cyber Security Manager (Assurance and Advisory)
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Cyber Security Manager (Assurance and Advisory) to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of security assurance strategies, ensuring that our organization's information systems are protected against threats. Your expertise will be critical in conducting risk assessments, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing to identify potential weaknesses in our security posture. Additionally, you will lead advisory initiatives, providing guidance on security best practices and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
As a Cyber Security Manager, you will collaborate closely with various departments to integrate security measures into business processes and technology solutions. Your responsibilities will include developing security policies and procedures, managing incident response planning, and coordinating with external partners during audits and assessments. You will also mentor and train team members on security awareness and best practices, fostering a culture of cybersecurity throughout the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with a deep understanding of the latest cybersecurity trends and technologies.
To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, or a related field, along with relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA. A minimum of five years of experience in cybersecurity management or a similar role is required.
